In December, 20 All-In Milwaukee scholars submitted their final assignments and met all credit requirements to graduate and receive their undergraduate degrees.
Our December graduates will join our growing network of alumni and take the next step toward successful careers. Our students secured full-time roles with a range of employers, including Cohen Company, Froedtert, Gilbane, Johnson Controls, Milwaukee Lutheran High School, Milwaukee Public Schools, Microsoft, and Molson Coors.
The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) recently profiled six of our graduates, highlighting their unique stories, their inspiration to get across the finish line, and their appreciation for Milwaukee.
These stories highlight the determination, creativity, and resilience of the scholars. From navigating personal challenges to excelling academically, each graduate has forged a path toward meaningful impact in their chosen fields.
In fact, as of the end of December 2025, 90% of All-In Milwaukee graduates are persisting in college, demonstrating the tangible outcomes of their hard work and the support of the All-In Milwaukee network.
As our alumni embark on careers in healthcare, business, education, technology, and beyond, they carry forward the lessons, networks, and confidence gained through their All-In Milwaukee experience. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and look forward to seeing the difference they will make in our community and beyond.
Congratulations to our December graduates – your hard work and dedication are just the beginning of what promises to be an extraordinary journey.
