All-In Milwaukee supports talented, limited-income students from Milwaukee, most of whom are students of color, who show strong academics, leadership, and character. Students apply during their senior year of high school to become All-In Milwaukee Scholars.
Scholars are awarded a renewable four-year scholarship and receive individualized advising and support from an AIM Scholar Advisor for up to six years. They commit to attending one of All-In Milwaukee’s University Partners (listed below), completing college, and beginning their careers in Wisconsin.
All-In Milwaukee is more than a scholarship.
It is a college completion and career placement program. With financial aid, advising, and career development opportunities, All-In Milwaukee helps students graduate from college, launch meaningful careers, and become the next generation of diverse leaders in Milwaukee.
The first step to becoming an All-In Milwaukee Scholar is to be nominated for the application by one of All-In Milwaukee’s Pathway Partners (local high school or a community organization college access program). Once nominated, students receive a unique application link to apply once the application is opened. Students may be nominated at any time while the application is open.
The application for the Class of 2026 class will open on November 14, 2025.

All-In Milwaukee is targeting 200 total spots in the Class of 2026. Below are the three opportunities graduating high school seniors can apply for based on what applies to their situation.
For students who know they want to be nurses and attend Marquette University.
Early selections sent to those who applied to either the MU Nursing or Badger opportunity (invitations to join will be opportunity-specific*)
Deadline to accept the early selection invitation to either the MU Nursing or Badger opportunity
Selected applicants receive invitation to join the All-In Milwaukee Scholars Class of 2026
Graduating senior (class of 2026)
Family-adjusted gross income qualifies the student for the minimum Pell Grant according to the guidelines listed here if eligible to apply for the FAFSA. If not eligible to apply for the FAFSA, family-AGI should still follow the guidelines listed.
Plus at least one of the following:
Resident of the City of Milwaukee
Attends a high school in the City of Milwaukee
Participant in an All-In Milwaukee Pathway Partner organization
