Development Director

The All-In Milwaukee Development Director reports to the Executive Director and serves as an integral member of the senior management team. This role provides the leadership and execution for the All-In Milwaukee fundraising, marketing, and communications. As All-In Milwaukee grows, there is a tremendous opportunity to share our movement and impact with local, regional, and national funders. We are hiring a fundraising expert that will take over the relations with the existing 175+ donors and lead us to become a community asset with more individual, family, foundation, and corporate partners.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who wants to bring their knowledge and network to All-In Milwaukee. This leader will be an innovative, self-starter that will work in partnership with the Executive Director to exceed our fundraising targets. The development goal for FY24 is $4 million spanning scholar sponsorships and general operations.
