Program Partners play an important role in supporting All-In Milwaukee scholars throughout their college journeys. Contributions of any amount help sustain AIM’s comprehensive programming, including scholar recruitment and selection, personalized advising, social-emotional support, career development, and more.
Donor Partners make a four-year commitment to support one or more All-In Milwaukee scholars throughout their college journeys. For the Class of 2027, AIM aims to secure 225 Donor Partner commitments to support 225 incoming scholars.
A commitment of $20,000 per scholar over four years helps fund AIM scholarships, personalized advising, career development, and comprehensive program support. Contributions can be paid in full or in annual installments of $5,000 over four years.
Donor Partners receive twice-yearly impact reports highlighting the progress of the Class of 2027 and AIM’s broader scholar community. Partners supporting five or more scholars also receive opportunities for direct scholar connections and additional reporting.
Career Partners help connect All-In Milwaukee scholars and graduates to meaningful career opportunities while strengthening the region’s future workforce. Through philanthropic investment and career engagement, local employer partners support AIM’s mission while building relationships with a talented, diverse network of college students and graduates.
Career Partners benefit from opportunities to connect with AIM scholars and alumni. They receive AIM’s Upperclassmen Resume Book, invitations to the Annual Career Fair and Talent Development Session, biannual program reports, and ongoing opportunities to promote internships and full-time positions through the AIM Job Board.
