Since launching in 2018, All-In Milwaukee has become an integral piece of a community network of scholars, families, pathway partners, university partners, donor partners, and local employers committed to providing comprehensive support to ensure our scholars complete college and matriculate into the Wisconsin workforce.
Program Partners contribute to the success of All-In Milwaukee’s full community of scholars. Contributions at any level support our overall program efforts, including scholar recruitment and selection, customized advising, career development programming, peer mentoring, mental health support, academic tutoring, and so much more.

A Donor Partner invests in All-In Milwaukee by committing to support a scholar or group of scholars through the college journey. For the class of 2027, we aim for 225 donor partner commitments to support 225 scholars through college. The commitment is $20,000 over four years to support a scholar and this commitment can be pre-paid or invoiced annually at $5,000 for four years. This covers the All-In Milwaukee scholarship and a percentage of the advising, program and career support provided by the AIM team. Donor Partners receive reports twice a year on the performance of the class of 2027 as well as the full All-In Milwaukee program. Donor Partners that commit to five or more scholars are matched to scholars for additional experiences and reporting.

Interested in partnering with All-In Milwaukee as a future employer of scholar graduates?
Employers in our community contribute to the success of All-In Milwaukee’s program and most importantly, our scholars. Employers who partner with All-In Milwaukee are not only investing philanthropically in AIM’s mission, but also gain an inside track to connect with the talented, diverse students and graduates. They receive the Annual AIM Upperclassmen Resume Book (late July), an Annual Career Fair invitation (mid-August), an Annual Talent Development Session invitation (early January), biannual AIM Program Reports, and ongoing internship and full-time position marketing on the AIM Job Board.
