According to Indeed, internship postings for Summer 2025 were down 11%, marking the most competitive market since 2019.
This year, 183 All-In Milwaukee scholars secured Intentional Experiences, a milestone that reflects their determination, the support of our advisors, and the investment of AIM Career Partners. These experiences ranged from paid internships and research fellowships to study abroad opportunities and part-time career-related roles.
Research is clear: college graduates who intern earn 34% more than those who don’t. Internships and other intentional career-related experiences not only enhance scholars’ career readiness but also play a crucial role in persistence to graduation and launching their careers.
AIM is proud to report that 59% of rising juniors and seniors secured opportunities for Summer 2025, despite fewer available roles.

"From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed by the team. They challenged me to grow by entrusting me with real tasks that directly contributed to our project deadline- giving me the opportunity to sharpen the technical skills I've developed at MSOE."
