Every day, the All-In Milwaukee team empowers its scholars to succeed in college and launch meaningful careers in Southeastern Wisconsin. A cornerstone of our comprehensive support is the Summer and Winter Institutes, which bring all AIM scholars together for professional development. Each day features programming aligned with the four key pillars of our AIM model: Financial Literacy, Academic Advising, Social-Emotional Learning, and Career Readiness Development.
This August, we wrapped up our Summer Institutes at ManpowerGroup and Northwestern Mutual, where we sent off our scholars for the semester surrounded by board members, partners, staff, and our alumni. Moments like these bring the “transform Milwaukee” part of our mission to life. A huge thank you to board members Dr. Syneathia LaGrant and Ray Manista for hosting our scholar professional development.
More than just workshops, the Institutes serve as a bridge between our scholars and Milwaukee’s business community. By engaging directly with leaders and professionals, scholars gain real-world insights and encouragement that bolster both their academic journeys and career aspirations.
