What do you get when you combine 200+ All-In Milwaukee juniors and seniors with 40+ companies, graduate schools, and local nonprofits? Opportunity. Connections. Inspiration.

On Thursday, August 14, 2025, All-In Milwaukee proudly hosted our annual Career Fair, bringing together more than 200 rising junior and senior scholars with 40+ local employers graduate schools, and nonprofits. This gathering was more than just a networking opportunity—it was a powerful step toward building a diverse and prepared workforce for Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin.
We were thrilled to welcome our Career Partners and community stakeholders to connect with scholars, share opportunities, and continue strengthening the relationships that fuel economic growth, equity, and talent retention in Wisconsin.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our Career Partners and community members who make this work possible. A special thank you to Northwestern Mutual and its incredible ROME (Restaurant Operations, Meetings & Events) Team for supporting and executing this year’s Career Fair in Northwestern Mutual’s Grand Hall downtown.
Why the Career Fair Matters
Graduate retention and successful entry into Wisconsin’s workforce are central to AIM’s strategy to combat the state’s brain drain. Many AIM scholars are the first in their families to graduate from college and often lack the professional networks and guidance that make workforce entry smoother.
By intentionally embedding career readiness into every stage of college, AIM ensures that our scholars not only graduate but also launch careers prepared to thrive.

Career Readiness – A Pillar of the AIM Model
Along with the other pillars of the AIM Model (Academic Advising, Financial Aid & Literacy, and Socio-Emotional Wellness), AIM’s Career Readiness programming equips scholars with the skills, experiences, and networks that employers demand. Beginning with career exploration, resume building, and LinkedIn development, it advances to higher-level activities such as interviewing and securing meaningful professional experiences.
By aligning academic achievement with career preparation, AIM is developing a pipeline of workforce-ready talent for Milwaukee’s future.
Our Career Partners
AIM’s 60 Career Partners play a vital role in this mission. These organizations not only philanthropically invest in AIM but also actively recruit and hire scholars for internships and full-time positions.
As Career Partners, they receive:
- Annual AIM Upperclassmen Resume Book (Late July)
- Annual Career Fair Invitation (Mid August)
- Annual Talent Development Session Invitation (Early January)
- Biannual AIM Program Report
- Internship and Full-Time Position Marketing on AIM Job Board
The AIM Career Fair is one part of a larger continuum of results-driven support—and the outcomes are clear:
In 2025, 59% of rising juniors and seniors secured an intentional career-related experience (internship, research fellowship, part-time work, or study abroad).
And as of August 2025, 91% of the AIM graduates who have secured or are attending graduate school are doing so in Wisconsin, helping to strengthen and diversify our state’s workforce. Of those employed graduates, 50% accepted positions with AIM Career Partners.
