Mailyn Santibanez-Tanon

Senior Accounting Intern, All-In Milwaukee

Mailyn Santibanez-Tanon is a resilient and accomplished All-In Milwaukee scholar, proudly representing the third class of All-In Milwaukee Northwestern Mutual Scholars. An alumna of Ronald Reagan IB High School and the Boys & Girls Clubs Graduation Plus program – she is currently a junior at Marquette University studying accounting and supply chain management. Her college journey has included a study abroad experience in Belgium, two summer internships at Johnson Controls, and imparting invaluable wisdom to fellow scholars as an AIM Peer Mentor. She is grateful for All-In’s support and is excited for her future ahead – she’s accepted a 2024 summer internship at Deloitte and eagerly anticipates celebrating her graduation in May 2025!
