Lisbeth brings a unique combination of cheerful conscientiousness, creative commitment, and deep relationality to her work. As a proud graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools, Lisbeth earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She credits her scholarship program advisors for modeling “Excellence in Scholarship, Leadership, and Service” as the drive to engage and empower young people. With a decade of experience working in pre-college programs and “Out-of-School Time” nonprofit organizations, Lisbeth strongly believes in the importance and application of consistent and dependable relationships, youth voice, intrinsic motivation, trauma-informed care, and opportunities for growth. She is ecstatic to support scholars with All-In Milwaukee!
