Meet Karma

Karma Palzom-Pasha

Lead Scholar Advisor, All-In Milwaukee

Karma is passionate about serving BIPOC students and communities in both Madison and Milwaukee. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education, having conducted research, taught history courses, and mentored students through support programs at UW–Madison. After earning her Ph.D., Karma made an intentional career shift to focus on collegiate advising. Her advising philosophy centers on the belief that uncertainty can be a powerful catalyst for growth, helping students uncover new opportunities and build skills such as optimism and risk-taking to achieve their long-term goals. Drawing on her own educational journey, Karma validates the challenges her scholars face as first-generation college students and supports them holistically through to graduation.
