Jackie Velazquez believes unity and guidance for our young adults is the best way to empower our community. For the past eight years of her career, she has focused on supporting and advocating for minority and disadvantaged students through personal, professional, and academic advising, creating pipeline programming, coordinating career-related events, and establishing partnerships that would benefit students. She understands the struggles and challenges as a Mexican first-generation college student. She is excited to support and guide the AIM students at Carroll University and Marquette University as their Scholar Advisor.
