Diamond Martin

Scholar Advisor, All-In Milwaukee

Diamond is a Milwaukee native and a proud first-generation college graduate who recently earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is passionate about uplifting marginalized communities by advocating for student success and mental wellness. Diamond’s commitment to mentorship and advocacy is rooted in her lived experiences. As a proud All-In Milwaukee alumna, she’s passionate about helping students not just get to college but thrive through it. Over the years, she’s supported scholars of all ages through roles like social work intern at All-In Milwaukee, tutor-counselor for Marquette’s EOP TRIO Program, and summer camp supervisor. Diamond is dedicated to empowering college students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, working to ensure every scholar feels seen and capable of achieving their goals.
