Meet Cindy

Cindy Dettlaff

Scholar Advisor, All-In Milwaukee

Cindy has 33 years of experience as a middle school teacher and brings her expertise in coaching, mentoring, and curriculum development to the All-In Milwaukee team. Upon her retirement from the classroom, she knew her work with students was not finished. Cindy’s motto is to “believe in others until they believe in themselves.” Her nurturing way, energy, and positive attitude are infectious to students as she supports them from behind the scenes to complete college and build a career.
