Career Director, All-In Milwaukee
Charonda grew up in 53210 and was told she shouldn’t even try to attend a four-year college. Not only did she go on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, but she also obtained a master’s degree from Marquette University. Working on campus at UW-Whitewater sparked Charonda’s love for student affairs. There, she developed her life’s mission to educate, encourage, and empower other BIPOC so that they knew of their ability to push past barriers and succeed. Charonda’s previous work in IT at S.C. Johnson, career services at Marquette University, and student relations management at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee Corporate Work Study Program have all prepared her for her role as Career Director of All-In Milwaukee.
