Meet Allison

Allison Wagner

President & Chief Executive Officer

Allison has 20 years of nonprofit management experience and has dedicated her career to expanding access to high-quality education and opportunity. A graduate of UW–Madison and Harvard University, she previously worked with the American Institutes for Research and New Leaders in Washington, D.C., Boston, and Chicago.

After moving to Milwaukee, Allison saw an opportunity to address the lack of diversity in the local workforce and leadership. In 2018, she helped launch All-In Milwaukee and has led the organization since its founding, growing its work to ensure scholars complete college, build meaningful careers in Wisconsin, and transform the Milwaukee community.
