Alejandra Anastas

Scholar Advisor, All-In Milwaukee

Alejandra is a passionate advocate, educator, and community leader working to build a more equitable Milwaukee. Fueled by a belief in access, representation, and belonging and shaped by her lived experience as an undocumented person, Alejandra works to expand opportunity for historically underrepresented communities, with an understanding of the systemic barriers they face and a steadfast commitment to dismantling them. She has spent her career building inclusive programs, mentoring youth, supporting student success, and fostering community-rooted initiatives that open doors to education, creative expression, and economic mobility. From advising students to supporting inclusive arts spaces, Alejandra remains guided by one central goal: creating spaces where all people are seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
