As a Rufus King High School alumnus, Noah took advantage of all opportunities placed in front of him to prepare for the rigors of college. Simultaneously, he aimed to continue the legacy of University of Wisconsin-Madison graduates in his family.
“The educational journey doesn’t stop after high school. Obtaining a college degree is crucial,” said Noah. “These were the values that were always instilled in me by my parents.”
As planned, Noah graduated as a Chancellor’s Scholar from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, and Finance, Investment and Banking.
Noah’s drive to seek more for himself is not his alone. He credits much of his success to the support provided by those around him, including All-In Milwaukee.
As an All-In Milwaukee scholar, Noah benefited from the mentorship of his scholar advisors, participated in professional development workshops during seasonal institutes, and leveraged All-In Milwaukee career partner relationships when considering internships. When asked about his relationship with his scholar advisors, Noah is quick to note the reassurance they provided in times of doubt.
“The close relationship I built with my advisor allowed me to feel comfortable once I was on campus,” he noted. “I knew I had someone to reach out to in case anything went wrong or just someone to talk with. I knew they would give me their honest opinion on any situation I brought forward and provide advice on tackling the issue head-on.”
Mentorship provided by career partners also impacted Noah’s career trajectory. After completing internships at Rexnord Corporation, Baird Advisors and U.S. Bank, Noah accepted a full-time return offer with U.S. Bank as a funds administrator upon graduation. Exposure to various areas in finance allowed him to align with his interests.

“U.S. Bank is thrilled to have Noah join our team,” said Souheil Badran, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of U.S. Bank. “He brings the skillset that is a good fit with our goals and culture along with a genuine desire to make Milwaukee a better place. We are happy to support All-In Milwaukee, not just getting students through college but guiding them to build their careers right here in our own community.”
During his time in college, a breakthrough moment for Noah was being able to study abroad in London, an opportunity made possible by All-In Milwaukee funding. The experience renewed his potential and revealed the possibilities for personal and professional growth. Noah hopes to one day explore the possibility of moving to Europe and expand his career overseas.
“I can’t show enough gratitude to All-In Milwaukee for making education more accessible for students in need,” says Noah. “One of the biggest problems students face when deciding on college is the lack of a support system to build them up as individuals. All-In Milwaukee offers the best version of this. Being on campus for so long, you get to see a whole community of All-In Milwaukee scholars develop and change, pushing themselves to be the best versions of themselves against all odds.”
All-In Milwaukee (AIM) is a college completion program that provides financial aid, advising, program and career support to high potential, limited-income, diverse Milwaukee students, helping them complete college, build meaningful careers and transform the Milwaukee community.
